Dr. P.W. Reed – Founder & Leadership Expert
Dr. P.W. Reed is a seasoned leader, educator, and consultant with decades of experience in higher education and organizational development. He has served as Campus President, COO, Director of Operations, Principal, and consultant for multiple colleges and private organizations, helping leaders and teams communicate effectively and achieve lasting results.
He is the founder of PWR Productions & Educational Group, PWR4Impact, LLC, and the Oil of Joy Empowerment Center, a Christian nonprofit organization committed to empowering diverse communities. Dr. Reed is also a seasoned investor with a diversified portfolio that spans real estate holdings, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, Roth IRAs, and CDs.
Dr. Reed holds Master’s degrees in Psychology and Education from Cambridge College, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Walden University.
Activities and Affiliation
Dr. Reed is a passionate leader who actively engages with diverse communities, inspiring and empowering individuals wherever he goes. Beyond his work in education and organizational development, he is an accomplished author whose books reflect his commitment to personal growth, leadership, and empowerment. His published works include Self-Efficacy and Its Impact on Technical College Students, The Power of Fasting and Prayer for the 21st Century, Mastering Performance Through Team Building, and 10 Things Every Lady Needs from a Man and 10 Things Every Man Wants from a Woman. This year, he will release two new titles: The Man That Suffered in Silence and PWR Quotes, continuing his mission to educate, motivate, and inspire.
